Refund If Not Delivered Under Guaranteed Shipping Times
if it’s been over 25 business days since your order was dispatched and you have not received your order, You are eligible for a full refund regardless of whether you get your product or not after that.
Lost /Missing Packages
Lost/Missing Packages due to anything that is under the responsibility of Ravishing Cats and we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge or will refund you 100% based on what you prefer, in case this happened due to something not under our control we will do our best to assist you in that matter. If Lost/Missing packages were caused due to something that was under your control (such as a wrong shipping address), Ravishing Cats will not be liable to refund you for that but will do our best to assist you in that matter as well. So please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order.

My Tracking Says “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMEN”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Customs
Some of our products are from third parties sourced from overseas and are shipped from outside your country. In usual cases, these products do not face any customs restrictions and are delivered to your door without any issues from customs. If your order is held up by customs, please reach out to us at info@ravishingcats.com and we will do everything we can to assist you. However, please note that any customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be covered by Ravishing Cats.
