Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

We will ask you to ship the parcel to our warehouse address that we will provide you, once you will apply for a refund.

If your parcel has passed the guaranteed period of delivery time mentioned in our shipping policy, you are eligible for a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your order and it’s been over 100 days – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

In case of any fault from Ravishing Cats’ side, customers will not be responsible for paying return shipping costs, in this situation please get in touch with us through return and refund form and will be in touch soon.

In case the customer did not like the product or just ordered the wrong product or something similar of that nature, the customer will be responsible for returning the parcel to the Ravishing Cats warehouse.

We Do Not Issue The Refund If:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
